Event Description:
The Turner School of Construction Management is a
free training course for M/WBE company owners and
their employees. This ten-week course is taught by
professional Turner staff and community volunteers,
and includes such topics as Risk Management,
Construction Estimating, Safety and Effective
Marketing. The program helps attendees prepare to
win major contracts, and build networks among
themselves, leading to fruitful joint ventures and
long-term business relationships. Attendance is
limited to 50. Attendees must attend 8 of 10 classes
to graduate. Sponsored by Turner, Fifth Third Bank
and Frost Brown Todd. |
